James Blyth ContractingStarted in 1980 by James, the business was initially a low ground pressure and high clearance spraying operation but has evolved into a general agricultural contracting business as other family members have joined the business. Based at Manor Farm, Nettlebed, Oxfordshire, the firm offers forage harvesting, baling and most arable operations, including minimum tillage and combining of grain maize to customers in Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and surrounding counties. Hay, straw and haylage are baled and stored for sale through the winter. Recent introductions include the recycling of plastics from land-based industries and the sowing of maize under plastic.
